18th and 19th Annual Southern Crescent Beautillion
Produced a Rites of Passage affair for a non-profit organization’s ceremonial transition of young men from its mentorship program.  This logistically-involved project entailed collaboration with its committee to develop an event design that would engage several generations of attendees/participants; budget development and management; solidification of vendor contractual obligations; coordination of mentees as well as their escorts; risk assessment and management; souvenir program coordination; marketing assistance; guest speaker selection; attainment of dignitary ceremonial letters; and every element involved in these grand productions.
